I thought I was your Clementine-

Last post of the day I think...

I was listening to "The Holy Smokes" album when I stopped and listened, really listened, to his song, Clementine. I always took it for granted it was written about me...uh nope, I was wrong, and a little heartsick-but it's one of my favorites. So I had to paint this for the Mr. I'll just refer to it as "Clemenclaire" from now on! That will make the digesting of the truth a little easier to swallow!

So many things to do this weekend! But first- tonight is work, dreaded stuff work. Maybe I'll see you out, or maybe you'll go into a painting frenzy and think of me...either way, enjoy this beautiful weekend!
